S I X T I ES

Hello friends,

As we get closer to Summer, we are going to see a lot of the late sixties and seventies trends around the super stores, runway shows and of course, celebrities and trendsetters.

This trend is the stamp of Summer 2016, and for that reason I made an outfit inspired on these gorgeous and extravagant years (60's & 70's).

The point is to NOT look like you are wearing a costume, but to get some details out and incorporate it to your outfit. One of the biggest statements of those years was the necks; women used a lot of turtle necks, the "preppy look" neckline, the handkerchief (scarf) and a lot of mixed prints.

Therefore, I wore a white dress with a high neck and a "V" cleavage top from Hip Hop Store, which surely describes the exotic icon, Sophia Loren. To add some life, I used a crossed sided mini Furla bag with orange & yellow colors from Joias and fringes sandals in blue and green colors from Galería.

And voilá... this is how you transport a look from the past to the latest trend. FOLLOW me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Snapchat for more looks #Outoftheoven.

Enjoy!

xoxo,

KM
